Radon Inspection in Centennial and Highlands Ranch: Why It's Essential for Your Home's Safety 80129
SERVICES
I perform property inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I also offer ancillary inspections.
Environmental inspections is an integral part of a property inspection whether it is for a real estate transaction or a homeowner's peace of mind. Indoor air quality is so important to our health and so is the company you choose to perform these inspections. You can take care in knowing we have your best interests and concerns in mind.
QUALIFICATIONS
I am a Master Inspector trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification. I also hold the national home inspector certification and commercial certification besides holding many environmental certifications.
SAMPLE REPORTS
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. Included are pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
About Us
I have enjoyed construction and architecture from a young age. During my inspections, I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.
During environmental inspections my passion to help individuals shows in the detail and care taken to provide information to all your questions.

RON LONG
I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the proud owner of Integrated Home and Environmental Inspections. This venture marks the next chapter in my journey, coming right after I parted ways with an incredible company in 2023. With a track record of nearly 7 years in the field, I've completed upwards of 1500 property inspections.
My background in restaurant management has finely tuned my eye for detail, a knack for time management, and people skills. On top of that, a decade-long involvement in residential and commercial construction has deepened my understanding of everything from a buildings foundation to it's most intricate elements, all the way up to the roof. It's these combined experiences that provide me with the expertise needed to offer you the most exceptional inspection for what could be your biggest investment.
When I'm not immersed in inspections, you'll find me enjoying the great outdoors through camping trips with family and friends. If my schedule allows, I'm all in for woodworking, golf, and skeet shooting. While my wife and I take immense pride in parenting two remarkable boys, it's our furry family members- Brooke, Manny, and Milo- who tend to keep us on our toes.
I look forward to working with you and ensuring the utmost quality for your home inspection needs.
